There are many ways to do many of the following tutorials. For example, making a selection can be done using the lasso tool as all as the masking tool.  If you know a different way of doing things other than what is seen below, good for you!  Your mother would give you a gold star.  Frankly, I don't give a rats ass!  I will put up here what I can.  If you feel you have come up with the ultimate method to do something, please email me your method!  If I like it and think it works, I will help you to make a tutorial out of it and add it to PJ (with credit to you of course).  Oh yeah, have fun!
  
 

 
Whether you are new to Photoshop or an experienced user who just needs a reference, here is a good list of all the Photoshop tools and their uses.

Color Method #1 - How to change the color of your car.  Bring your crayons for this tutorial.
