The
following dialog box will appear. Always try and use "spin"
rather than zoom. And 80% of the time you will be using "Best"
for the Quality.
Experiment with
the "Amount" of spin you want to apply.
The more amount you have, the faster the car will appear to
look, but with less rim visibility.
After you hit "OK,"
select the other wheel and apply the same effect.
